Rules & Requirements

SXS and ATV rentals both require security holds on a credit/debit card

Valid Drivers license is required for all rentals

Liability Waiver and Damage Acknowledgment forms must be completed for all drivers and passengers before taking delivery of rental(s)

Helmets and seatbelts must be worn at all times when operating the machine(s)

ABSOLUTELY no alcohol or drugs - and that means driving under the influence or being buzzed (most of the accidents and deaths that occur on these trails are from driving under the influence or driving at night)

You must abide by all local rules and regulations including the factory warnings for each machine

Renters are responsible for all damages incurred up to their total deposit

Renter and Staff will go over unit to both verify no damage has been done prior to release

If the machine is damaged beyond immediate repair during your rental period, you will still be responsible for the entire rental period and any and all damages to the unit - a replacement will not be provided.

Any rentals that come back damaged will be inspected and an invoice will be produced showing the total cost of repair including any labor *process time is up to 7 days and varies case by case

We offer delivery and pick up to any lodging in McDowell or Wyoming Counties - $150 each

Helmet rentals are included with every machine rental

Rental pick up is 9:00am and return is sunset or 8:00pm, whichever comes first
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled or rescheduled more than 30 days prior to reserved check in date will be subject to a 20% fee.
Reservations canceled or rescheduled 30 days or less prior to reserved check in date will forfeit the full deposit (50% of reservation total).
